Privacy Policy

At Skill-ed, your family's privacy matters to us. This policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard the information you share with us.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect your name, contact details and your child's basic information when you enquire, register or book a tour, only what is needed to serve you well. A tour request sent from this website carries your name, phone number and your child's age, the page the form was on, and how you reached the site (for example a search engine, an advert or a QR code). An online application also carries your child's name and the class you apply for, and anything else you choose to add: the date of birth, the start, your email, your area, whether you need the van or day care, and a message. Both are emailed to the school and kept on the school's own admissions desk, which only the admissions coordinator can sign in to, so that every family is called back.

2. How We Use It

Your information is used to respond to enquiries, process admissions, share updates about your child and improve our services. We never sell your data.

3. Data Protection

We apply reasonable security measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

4. Cookies

Our website may use basic cookies to improve your browsing experience. It may also use Google Analytics, to count visits and form sends, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, to measure the school's adverts; both set cookies of their own. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
